The countdown to Christmas began today in Cheltenham. A Chrstmas lights switch on parade took place with festivities the Regent Arcade, the Beechwood Arcade and The Brewery. Father Christmas was the star attraction as the parade made its way around the town.
The Christmas market is also on in the Promenade, with the decorated wooden chalets adding to the festive feel in the town.
