On-street parking enforcement changes

From today, 1st April Apcoa have taken over issuing parking tickets for on street parking in Cheltenham.

The service had previously been carried out by Cheltenham Borough Council on behalf of the County Council which has now outsourced the service.

The County Council will continue to be responsible for decision-making about parking and overseeing the contract with Apcoa, and working with the districts and the new contractor to ensure a smooth changeover.

From 1st April, questions or queries about on-street parking enforcement should be directed to Apcoa Parking on 0845 319 9631, via pcn.gloucestershire@apcoa.com or at the following address: www.gloucestershire.apcoa.co.uk.

The way in which resident and visitor permits are issued will also be changing from 1^st April. Anyone with any permit related queries should visit www.gloucestershire.gov/parking or call 01452 426261.
